Video directed by Adèla Stefanov Tara (whose name means "star" or "she who ferries across") is a Bodhisattva of compassion who manifests in female
form. In Tibetan, Tara is known as "Dölma" (Sgrol-ma), or "She Who Saves." In particular she represents compassion in action, since she's in the process of stepping from her lotus throne in order
to help sentient beings. Tara's mantra is a loving play on her name. According to Sangharakshita, a traditional explanation of the mantra is
that the variations of her name represent three progressive stages of salvation. http://www.facebook.com/pages/Adela-Stefanov/21675514786 http://visionaryartgallery.weebly.com/adela-stefanov.html http://www.zazzle.com/adelastefanov

"The Nikko shrines and temples, together with their environment, are an outstanding example of a traditional Japanese
religious centre, associated with the Shinto perception of the relationship of man with nature, in which mountains and forests have a sacred meaning and are objects of veneration, in a religious
practice that is still very much alive today."

I am determined not to kill, not to let others kill, and not to condone any killing in the world, in my thinking, and in my way of life." "There is no enlightenment outside of daily life. If in our daily life we can smile, if we can be peaceful and happy, not only we, but everyone will profit from it.
This is the most basic kind of peace work. Because of your smile, you make life more beautiful. "
Thich Nhat Hanh,Contemporary Vietnamese Buddhist Zen monk, peace activist and writer
"May the sound of this bell penetrate deep into the cosmos Even in the darkest spots living beings are able to hear it clearly So that all suffering in them ceases, understanding comes to their heart And they transcend the path of sorrow and death.
The universal dharma door is already open The sound of the rising tide is heard clearly The miracle happens A beautiful child appears in the heart of the lotus flower One single drop of this compassionate water is enough to bring back the refreshing spring to our mountains and
rivers.
Listening to the bell I feel the afflictions in me begin to dissolve My mind calm, my body relaxed A smile is born on my lips Following the sound of the bell, my breath brings me back to the safe island of mindfulness In the garden of my heart, the flowers of peace bloom beautifully."
